Refund Policy

The short version

Before the payment window opens you confirm that you understand this is a digital product and that the sale becomes final once you download the files. Please look through the full collection, the formats and the tiers on the website before you buy.

When we will help

• You paid but never downloaded. If your download link has not been used, write to us within 7 days of payment and we will refund you in full.
• Duplicate payment. If you were charged twice for the same order, the extra payment is refunded in full.
• A file will not open. We fix it or send a working copy, usually the same day. This is a replacement, not a refund.
• Link expired. We issue a fresh link at no cost.

When a refund is not possible

• After the files have been downloaded, even once, from any device.
• Because you changed your mind, found another template, or no longer need a résumé.
• Because an employer did not reply. We cannot promise interviews or jobs, and the Terms say so plainly.

How we know a download happened

Every download is served through a signed link issued to your order. For each download we record the date and time, the IP address, the approximate location and network provider, and the browser and device used. We also record when and from where you accepted these terms at checkout. These records are used to answer refund requests and payment disputes, and are described in our Privacy Policy.

Chargebacks and disputes

Please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank. If a dispute is raised on an order that was downloaded, we will share the download and consent records with the payment processor and the bank as evidence of delivery. Sharing, uploading or reselling the files is a breach of the licence.

Your statutory rights

Where consumer law gives a right to cancel a purchase of digital content, that right ends once the download begins with your consent, which you give at checkout. Nothing in this policy removes any right that the law in your country says cannot be removed. Indian buyers retain all rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
